I am a passionate teacher and started feeling the effects of burnout early on in my teaching career. I also noticed the effects of stress and overwhelm in my co-teachers and my students. I found yoga and mindfulness, and felt the amazing benefits of the practice both in my personal and professional life. I knew I had to share my passion for both education and mindfulness to help teachers and students feel the same.
